i need to lose 8 pound in a week, could u pls tell what to do or if you have a good diet to follow.

Be on the safe side -
DON'T fast because you can't lose weight that way
DON'T eat after 8 p.m.
DON'T make dinner your biggest meal (more calories to sleep on)
DON'T reduce your calorie intake - it will slow your metabolism
DON'T drink soda
DO eat 5 small meals of lean protein and slow burning carbs a day
DO cut out all (and I mean ALL) junk and pre-prepared food (processing and salt makes you retain water)
DO get plenty of sleep so you don't stress eat
DO get a body wrap at the end of the week
It may not be as much as 8 lbs but it will be a good start.

It is much more important to be healthy than to lose weight. If you often set yourself such unrealistic goals, you will probably find you are always disappointed with yourself for not succeeding. The only ways to lose 8 pounds in a week, are to do it by taking up EXTREMELY unhealthy habits, and even these will most likely not work given the very short period of time.
If you are serious about losing the 8 pounds, be realistic about it and give yourself more time.
In any weight loss, exercise is FAR more important than what food you do/don't eat.

Dont escape any meal n eat anything chilly
Drink a lot of water.
Eat little.
