the same length from toe to heel as the space on your arm from your inner elbow to your wrist. I have only met one person who this does not apply to.

Yes, this is true. Also, if you extend your thumb and lay it upside your extended pointer finger, that is the same size as your nose. Amazing, isn't it?

There is about an inch difference. I put my foot on my arm and I also measured with a ruler and got the same result. The distance from my inner elbow to my wrist is 8-8.5", while my foot (tip of my toes to heal) is 9".

Yes it is. Did you also know that if you stretch your arms out to the side, the distance from your finger tips to your finger tips in the same length as you are tall. Try it! If your arms are longer you will make an excellent rock climber.

my foot is almost a tad bit longer than that area.. I wear a size 12 womans shoe tho..
