I flip out on my bf of one year for no reason all the time. I dont know why I do it. He puts up with it usually, but sometimes he gets really angry and says hurtful things, which I guess I deserve. For example, the other day I got made cuz he called me at 9:03 instead of 9:00 on the dot! What is wrong with me!?

Stress? There may be things in your relationship that you deal with that subconsiously p*** you off, and its your way to vent. I'm the same way. I bottle everything up and blow up about little things because I'm still upset about bigger ones. But be careful because my issues on this caused us to be on a break, you need to really take a look at how it is affecting him, even if he's not acting like it is, because he loves you and is willing to take the way you are acting. But one person can only take so much. I hope it works out for you.

Maybe you have some trust issues or either you've been hurt before and you don't want to go back down that same road again, but you should try your best not to flip out so much and realize that you have something good in front of you, especially if he puts up with your mood changes. You don't want to lose something good so relax and trust him.

Given the example you've given your reaction seems unreasonable. Is it only your boyfriend you behave like this with? If it is it would seem there is another reason for your behaviour. Are you angry with him? Are there unresolved issues in your relationship? Do you want to end the relationship? Are there other problems in your life you are taking out on him? Are you looking for a reaction from him?
