My FAVORITE product for this would be Super Skinny by Paul Mitchell. It's a shine serume in a tall skinny bottle. You rub a drop together in your hands (usually one pump will do...otherwise it will become greasy!), & apply to damp hair, then blow dry. This adds shine, heat protection, & slightly reduces blow drying time! You can even use a very little bit after styling and/or flat ironing to add more shine & tame fly-aways! You can buy it at any salon & it's about $13-$16. I have hair to the middle of my back & it lasts me about 10 months. Good luck!

ok end over heating your hair flat iron perhaps two times a wk no more advantageous than that hair hates warmth yet you should use olive oil moisturizer it loves warmth and protects your hair from warmth. Please end utilizing a lot warmth on your hair you may straighten your hair with a blow dryer and get an same effects and a lot less direct warmth.

the GHD hair oil, buy it on their website, its the best and it doesnt leave your hair oily either.
