I ate the one at applebee's, it was fantastic. It was an angus burger, spread with pesto, topped with chopped tomato and homeade mozzarella cheese. It was served on ciabatta bread.

I like to make turkey or chicken burgers (Beef is to heavy with the great fresh flavors of the bruschetta) seasoned with salt pepper and garlic powder (grill or pan fry) and then top with Bruschetta-mix Roma tomatoes seeded and diced, chopped fresh basil, olive oil, shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh crushed garlic or garlic powder whichever you have will do then salt and pepper.Use good hamburger buns from the deli sec of the grocery store and toast with a little Olive oil and garlic top with patti and generous helping of bruschetta mix and serve. It's good with some thick cut homemade fries that can scoop up the extra topping that falls from your burger.
