Alright check it out. I had a warrant for like 2 years in NJ. I was active in the navy so I traveled and they really didn't bother with me to much. I went to the dmv and paid the 100 restoration fee and set up a payment plan for the warrant and that was that. I didn't get arrested or anything. You will probably have to jump through a couple hoops to get this one taken care of but that should be it. Good luck.

You probably won't get arrested. It would have to be a big warrant something over $5000. You certainly won't get a new license if the warrant is related to your past driving.
At least that is how it seems to work where I live.

If you have no identification for the warrant, how can you get your license? I feel that your question is in question. I think that you want to know if the motor vehicle computer is linked to the warrant section.

Yes you will. You must take care of the warrant. If you can not pay the warrant, call a bonding company and post a bond. This will buy you some time and you can get your TDL. Good luck. : )

Turn yourself in and do the world a favor. You cant get out of a warrant and they will find you eventually. Get it over with.

do you realy think you can hide for ever, get the warrant taken care of, you wont need id to do that, if you turn yourself in you will get off a lot easier than if they catch you, and you can probably get bonded out

Yes, in fact it would be an extra charge on top of the original warrant if you attempt to get a license. Don't do it. You'll get in more trouble. Get a lawyer and turn yourself in. ( It's better than having them come into your place of employement and getting you. )
Answer to your additional details: You do have ID. It's called your finger prints. If you've been processed before they should come back to you. Turn yourself in.

You are not going to get arrested at the DMV for an outstanding warrant. They are not going to do a background check at the DMV.

You will probably be arrested. It was stupid to not turn yourself in when you have a warrant out for your arrest.
