Hi there it is recommended by the British Medical Council that a face cloth should not be used more than once between wash days. This is due to the bacterium that builds up in the fibre. Every micro second billions of bacteria multiply in the facecloth once used- this contributes to spots and black-heads and dermatological problems. The British Dental Association recommends that Toothbrushes should always be replaced every 60-90 days depending on the bristle wear. Your toothbrush must always be washed out under a very hot tap every time you use it. It is good advise to use an electric toothbrush. Some of the latest brushes give you a warning when the bristles are warn out.

Toothbrush can last up to a year providing you have no bad teeth, if you do then it is advisable to change every three months. As for the face cloth, change it every week unless you get it really dirty, then you place it in the wash to clean off all the residue. Hope that helped...that's the way I do, never have had any spots on my face because I stick to a routine were my hygiene is concerned.

I genuinely worry when people ask questions such as this.
But...
2-3 months for the toothbrush (remember to buy toothpaste and use together on a daily basis)
once a week change your face cloth maybe (don't forget to wash the used ones) and buy brand new ones every few months too.

Use face cloth once only then put it in the wash. I suggest you have several of these. Change your toothbrush every 2 months.

I boil my face cloth every month and get the gunge out and I change my toothbrush about every 5 months. I know they say 3 but I believe you know when a toothbrush has lost its sparkle

You should wash your face cloth every 2 or 3 days and you should buy a new toothbrush when the bristles start to splay out

Toothbrush, every 3 months at least, check for any sign of wear though as you may use it more frequently and therefore need to change it more often. As for face cloths, get 7, one for each day and bung them in the washing machine.

Well I change my toothbrush every 3 months, and as for face cloth (flannel) I change it about every 3-6 months. I wash it in the washing machine once a wek, but still over time it gets worn and musky smelling. So that's when I know I need to change it!!
