What happens to you is your digestive system starts to work unproperly? and plz dont give me answer like you'll die or you cant poop anymore

Everything - from your skin to your ability to think/act appropriately - can be affected by issues with digestion.

Need more details. Your digestive system starts in your mouth, goes down to the stomach, small intestines, large intestine (colon) and then rectum and anus. So, where exactly is your problem?
PS You probably are not going to die from any problem with your digestive system.
