I have no idea but I like 1 cup self rising flour with 1 cup corn meal, 1 1/2 cups milk or sour milk or buttermilk, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 cup oil. Mix together and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Sometimes I adjust the liquid if it seems to dry.

I have this book and it has some good recipes. It has a cornbread one. It's a good recipe book overall.

I stumbled across a suggestion online not too long ago that said the way to mimic Marie Callender's cornbread was to combine 1 package corn muffin mix and one package of yellow cake mix. It could be worth a try.

If you live by a store called trader joes, go by their boxed mix, it's hands down the best cornbread ever, and I don't even like corn bread, funny. Other than that do an internet search for a recipe, I love to cook, but sometimes you just gotta cheat a little.

This is not Marie Callender, but it is one I use, and it's good. You can copy it from the website:

The best recipe for cornbread is on the side of the box/bag.
