OK when people ask questions about like Christianity or the Bible and then people answer with like questions with quotes from the Bible why do people who do not believe in God come in and give those people a thumbs down? Is it because they don't want some one who believes in God to be right? What is it?......

People who do not believe in God, say that they don't but really do, they just do not want to, so they look for any kind of reassurance that there isn't a God to give themselves "peace of mind" because they are angry at God and are convicted of their sins and are also looking to argue out of a sense of pride and a need to create conflict.

Some people are immature. It is immature to go in and thumbs down the kind of answers that actually answer a question just because your personal views are different. I don't go into wiccan questions and thumbs down their answers because I disagree with wicca. I use the back button and leave it alone.

I dont think it is a case of proving those who believe in God wrong because it is a matter of a person's own beliefs. It depends on the person. Why someone feels the person believing in God is wrong because THEY dont believe in God.That is why they think that God believers are wrong but the disagreement usually arises when guy A says"..... because of God", and the other person doesnt believe in God and that is where the whole disagreement arises from.

Because some people do not want to consider anything that opposes their position seriously. Like the ostriches they bury their heads in the sand and believe that they are ok even though their butts are sticking out.

I imagine that is the case, but it really should not matter. This is not really a point-game. It is a dialog between individuals. If we are interested in answering questions the points should not matter at all. Just keep answering truthfully in the hope of assisting others in need. Read, Study, Obey, and KEEP the FAITH! Have a great week.

Because quotes from a book that was written 2000 plus years ago by a bunch of wine-heads is not an answer, it's a QUOTE. They should be able to answer a question with their OWN minds and thoughts. If you have to look to someone or someTHING else for answers, you are brainwashed.
