the poisoning could have been a number of things, household chemical, pesticide, chocolate, getting into the trash and eating something unsavory, rodent poisoning, there are so many things and they will all cause vomiting and unbalance,i have no more of an idea what they may have gotten into than you i was not there and can't play detective for you
ok this is one of those questions were you are going to get yelled at a lot i am not yelling but, instead of stopping to get online type a question and waisting time,PLEASE get them to the vet NOW!!! if you suspect poisoning they don't have much time the longer you wait the more harm the poison causes, the vet will help you figure out what or if they were poisoned
HURRY GO NOW!!!!!

Hi!!
You should talk to your vet ASAP.
Usually, when a dog is throwing up, it's because of some kind of stomach irritation (gastritis) or irritation to the upper intestinal tract.
First, give your dog's stomach a little rest, withhold food for twelve to twenty-four hours following vomiting.
Usually, when a dog is throwing up, it's because of some kind of stomach irritation (gastritis) or irritation to the upper intestinal tract.
At the end of twelve hours, you can offer a very small amount of soft, bland food such as plain cooked white rice and boiled skinless chicken breast, or rice and chicken/turkey baby food. Or cooked and skinned white potatoes mixed with low-fat cottage cheese.
If no further vomiting occurs, the next day's meals can be a normal-sized portion of bland food and the following day you can return your dog to a regular diet.
If vomiting continues, it's time to call your vet.
Water should be offered only in small amounts but frequently in order to combat the tendency to dehydrate that accompanies vomiting. Large amount of food or water distend the already irritated stomach and usually cause vomiting to recur.
An easy way to have water available in small portions is to place ice cubes in the water bowl and allow the dog to drink the liquid that accumulates as the cubes melt.

Rush to the vet! Before you do, look around the house and check where you store chemicals, air fresheners, etc. Look outside to make sure there are no half-eaten bushes, etc.
You can't diagnose what a dog ate until the vet forces it to come back up again and flush the system.

Since you think they were poisoned, the only one who can give you any answers for sure, is a vet. Since you don't know exactly what happened, my advice is to let the vet diagnose and treat them.
