Some vehicles are programmed to have the lights come on at a certain mileage. Did your vehicle just roll over to benchmark mileage like 100,000 miles?

If not it maybe something more serious. I would recommend taking it not just any shop but a Nissan dealer. May cost a little more but it might save you a headache in the long run if it is a Nissan specific problem.

Hope it helps.
