Do you like green bananas?

The green bananas are OK for cooking (sauteed in butter, add a little sugar or syrup), but they shouldn't be eaten raw...they might give you a tummy ache.
Bananas with black skins are too far gone for eating plain, but make good additions to cakes or cookies (to avoid oil, use equal amount of ripe banana instead of oil called for).
Yellow or ripe bananas are the best to eat plain.

Green bananas are my favorite because they have no nasty brown spots on them I had a very bad experience with a brown spotted banana i went to peel it and as i opened it up in the brown "bruised" area on the banana was a roach so since then it has been the impenetrable hard peel green ones for me

Green is hard and no texture to it, no reason to eat it like that unless you're totally starving and all you have to eat is that, and don't wanna wait for the ripening. Otherwise Yellow is always best, brusied is usually black, I stay away from bruised. Mostly because you don't know what caused the bruise, and if you don't know, you certainly don't want to eat it.

I like them almost green with some yellow,, I hate the ones that are too ripe. they are too squishy
