diet is the key no fatty foods etc.. excercise such as arobics and of course a run or jog then do your stomach excercises

first thing is diet...cut down on carbs as much as
possible ... expecially sugars and strictly no carbs
before bedtime.

exercises:
Leg raises compulsory ( Lying down and lifting your
legs)... gets the lower abs which are the most
adamant.

crunches...as many as possible

If you have a lot of flab the only way to get rid of
fat is cardio. These exercises can only get the
muscles developed. If there is a lot of fat it is
still going to bury all the muscles underneath it.

Spend atleast 20 min for abs every day. Start with
legraises. You will definitely see results in 2 weeks.

Eat better and exercise! Burn more calories than you consume. That will allow you to burn off that excess fat that often accumulates in the abdominal region.
