You would have to convince a lot of people their lives are worth living as long as possibe and convince the govt. That the companies owning tobacco and liqour are just making people anarchist

I think it is not easy to free the world from alcohol and tobacco.This is possible only by stopping everyone the use of alcohol and tobacco by themselves.Otherwise in a sense we can said that it is only possible by destroying all the tobacco plants and closing all the alcohol companies.

It would be wonderful, but as long as the government get tax revenue for these products it would be hard to do. Alcohol is always protected even though it is a huge killer of inocent people on the roadways for most of the politicians like there drinks too

Why would you want to?
Alcohol? Have you been shown how to appreciate a good wine? Wine lovers are rarely drunk. They cant taste it when inebriated you see.
Please don't destroy the mountain because people sometimes fall off them.
People get drunk, not because of alcohol but because they have nothing better to do.

the only way is to burn all the tobacco crop.and destroy all wine shop.Alcohol is also used for medicinal purpose
