well ,,, usual **** this is about my weigh !! I am 1.85 hight and i weigh almost 60 kilos .. everbody says that i am fit ! but i keep on going on diets !! i always do sports ! never have dinner !! and i still feel that i should become thinner !! i am going crazy sometimes they say i am kelling my self but i dont beleive in that !! and now please does anyone know a simple easy diet or eating program that keeps me fit and includes most of the important food ?!!! TELL ME what do you think ???? AM i fat ?!!

first of all, if you dont eat enough, that is bad. you should be eating 3 to 5 small meals a day, and that should be the best thing for your metabolism, and if you think you are still not fit, just walk every day, and keep fit simply... it is easy, and not too much stres on your mind and good for your body

eat lean meats, fresh veggies, drink lots of water, and dont eat too many carbs or sugars, (super bad for you) but in moderation

and once a week treat yourself to something you really want, a junk food item...

you will be fine then

get a good nights rest too

At l.65 and weighing 60 kilos, I don't think that's fat! I think that perhaps you're comparing yourself to the women on TV who are at LEAST 10 - 15 kilos underweight.

Don't eat junk food, keep doing your sports, and be happy with yourself!

eat 3 healthy well balanced meals a day. go to doctor they can tell you if you are at your perfect weight.
