I am spiritual because i believe in finding God from within instead in any organized religion.I believe the devine is helping me one on one and do not believe in a doctrine telling me how to live.God speaks to my heart, and soul and mind and guides me to live a loving and selfless life devoted to making a better world through acts of kindness and the power of thought becoming reality along side action.

Some people are religious but not spiritual, others are spiritual but not religious. I think a mature man must be spiritual by applying the religious principles. For example, to love is spiritual, but the religious principle stresses that we must love selflessly all mankind as commanded by the One True God.

Kind of both because I am religious but at the same time I am spiritual in my religion....

I don't like either term. Religious is following tradition. Spiritual doesn't say exactly what you are following. I am a follower of Jesus,... a Christian.
