Take two slices of bread and butter one side of each slice. Put the bread in a skillet to brown the butter side. Spread mayo on the open face while in the skillet, put some shredded cheese over it and let it melt.
Take some sliced turkey and ham and heat it in the skillet also. Then after it's warm put the turkey on one half and the ham on the other. Spread a little BBQ sauce on the ham, then top the turkey with a couple of slices of tomato and put the two halves together. Slice in half and enjoy!

Italian chicken sub. For bread use baguettes. Marinate chicken in Italian salad dressing and grill. Slice chicken. Serve warm on baguettes and use additional Italian dressing as a sauce on the sandwich. You don't need much since it was already marinated in it, but it is a great sandwich.

Instead of spreading the bread with butter use mayo or colelaw and the addition of good quality crisps takes almost any sandwich into another league

Take a piece of pitta bread - toast it lightley in a toaster. Then cover it with diced tomato, diced avocado, stips of salami, torn basil and finish with grated mozzerella. Place under grill until cheese melts. Enjoy!!!

Messy to eat but by far the nicest sandwich type experience you can have!!!! Like glorified cheese on toast!

banana, honey and muesli (+european non-sloppy cottage cheese, comes in a brick). Can use peanut butter instead of muesli.
Vegemite & avacado on toast(the avacado must go on the bottom, just a touch of vegemite on the peaks). Of course vegemite is banned in the USA. So much for the free trade agreement.
Peanut butter and nutella - then call the crash cart.
Elvis special : banana, peanut butter, honey and bacon fried in a pan mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
