then get upset if you give them a smart answer back? but they think your being "rude" please dont ask dumb questions if you dont want to be answered with a rude answer

I don't think they get upset when they are asking the dumb question as much as when they get a smart a** answer in return.
Sadly there are a lot of people who don't think before asking silly questions.

There are two issues here
1) If you think a question is dumb, and in violation of site rules, simply report it - being rude to the asker is a violation ofthe same site rules you think the asker is breaking
2) The poster is either a TROLL or has no idea their question is dumb, the 1st should be reported, the other, depending on the sort of question, is better ignored
