your oven should be at 400 to 375......and have your oven rack neearer to the top of the oven....you might buy an oven themoter and check your oven to make sure it is the right tempature....i have found some ovens off as much as 50 degrees...the themoter is not expensive and it can save you in the long run....

Turn the oven DOWN. They heat from the outside IN so with the oven higher the outside will get cook well before the inside.

Down. You might want to look into getting an oven thermometer because most ovens are not accurate. That way you'll know what the real temp is.

neither,before you start cooking put the oven on higher than it says on the recipe(becouse when you open the door the heat escapes).after you put your biscuits inside put the oven to the right temperature,before you take the biscuits out try one to see if it's ready if not leave for another 5 mins until they are all cooked. hope this works for you it does for me :)

Your initial oven temp is too high.
Back off 25 degrees and watch until brown.
