Don't even think about tablets because they are bad for your health and often a load of hocus pocus that will make lose pounds from your bank account rather than your tum.
As with all things in life, you get a good body by working for it. Salsa is a good start but if you really want to lose weight then you need to start serious cardio-vascular exercise as well as specific exercises to increase muscle-tone in your stomach.
Sorry if you were looking for a magic answer but no quick-fix is going to be good for you in the long run!!
Also look at the types of foods you are eating. Anything to sugary or processed will encourage water retension around that area as well as white bread. Drink lots of water and get plenty of fibre in your diet. If you can give alcohol a miss all the better as this certainly contributes to many women's 'muffin tops' which is a shape British women seem to suffer from more than any of their European counterparts who aren't so well known for binge-drinking!

You seem to be on the right track, however see below for some additional tips:
On the inside: If you suffer from bloating, try a probiotic drink each day or live yoghurt which contains healthy bacteria. Dried fruit such as prunes or apricots can tackle constipation and fresh grapefruit also helps burn off fat cells. Hot water and lemon first thing in the morning is great for your digestion, or try peppermint tea instead of your usual cuppa.
On the outside: you don't need to perform hundreds of sit-ups to firm your abs. For the flattest tummy, you only need to do 15 to 20 reps of an exercise which takes a maximum of just ten minutes just two or three times a week. Try a combination of crunches and reverse curls to make sure you tone your stomach muscles from both ends. Any form of regular, cardio exercise will also help you get that super-sexy stomach by shedding the layer of fat covering the muscles.
Hollywood top tip: Ditch the booze. Not only does alcohol provide 'empty' calories, which become fat if they're not burnt off, it also irritates the stomach lining and intestines, causing your tummy to swell. If you can't give it up, just try cutting down - it's not called a beer belly for nothing!

drinking a litre of water a day is supposed to help. Don't know how, walking and eating sensibly are the main way to loose weight. For the tummy I'd cut out beer, stick to the shorts..
But the dancing should help enmorously, just give it time, you should not loose more than 2lb, 1kg a week, to maintain good health

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and hassle-free to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too at present. i visit confess i haven't observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet in general) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might lose. So thank you lower back for the advice. i've got in no way bought something like this until eventually now because of the fact they are oftentimes full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start right this moment!

Keep doing what your doing, swimming is good all round workout as is 10 minute power walk each morning. The other thing i do is spend a couple of weeks writing down everything i eat (no cheating) so i can see all the little treats and snacks i might forget i consume in the day !!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
