What is the difference between calibration diagram and calibration curve? Please give me one example.

If you add accurate weights to a bathroom scale and record the meter readings, you can plot on a calibration diagram the successive points producing a calibration curve (which in fact can be linear or even jagged). If you also plot the known weights at each point and draw a straight line through them you can also determine the deviation of the scale at each point.
