First, when he comes to your house call the cops and let them know you have a restraining order out against this guy and your afraid for your life. Second, I'd find a different place to live that he won't know about. I know thats hard to do, but in order for you to continue going on with your life you need to do that. Think about it. But if he crosses the restraining order he will go to jail. But you have to push that too. Don;t break down and not do it. You'll be sorry if you do. Because he'll think you want him back.

There's mace, martial arts, stun guns or a very large friend. Or get a large dog--great danes or a rotweiller. No pit bulls. If you can, stay with your friends and family for a while.
Also you should call the police and tell them what he said about him planning on violating the order--if they are a good police force they'll stop by your residence to check on you.
