Is it from coming in contact w something that irritates your skin or a food sensitivity?? Sensitivies to wheat, eggs, nuts and milk products are common- DO NOT Scratch!!! have you tried taking benadryl- which is same as diphenyhydramine?? or putting caladryl or cortisone ointment on your rash?? that may help- and where is it located- if it is yeast or fungi- nystatin may help- or something for athletes foot fungi- over the counter- it may sting- but will help fungi- and not eating sugary stuff-D

Logic tells me that if you've tried self-medication and it hasn't helped, it's time to go to a doctor.
If you refuse to go to a doctor, try taking an antihistamine. If it works to alleviate the itching, it indicates an allergic reaction of some sort. Of course by doing so you are only treating the symtom not the cause.
