Perhaps your grandmother has faced the reality of her old age and is preparing for her death. It's not an indication of suicide, just the acceptance of the inevitable. We ALL die sooner or later, it's a part of, or should I say, the end of life. It's definitely expected with elderly people. Your grandmother lived her life and her time will be along anytime. Make her days pleasant ones and accept the day she passes.

As you get older you cannot but help think of your impending end. It can be painful and uncomfortable for younger family members to even cpnsider the person they love will be at the end of their life soon. It makes the older person feel comforted to talk about things, arrangments, inheritance etc. It does not mean she is considering suicide but going through a natural process of adaptation;

You should discuss it with her. Tell her that she's scaring you.
It's probably not that but if she's ill or sth maybe she's just tired of life. It happens.
You should give yourself the chance to connect with her and even tell her how much you love her cause she may never commit suicide or anything but you should feel that you have shared everything between you two before you have to say goodbye one day

Ask her why she is talking like that. It could be that she is just getting older and realizes the it will soon be her time. My grandmother has talked about it. When I asked her why she said that she knew she was just getting older and meant nothing else by it.
