If you really want your table to look nice, remove the tile and install a piece of finished grade (or sanded) plywood the thickness of the tile (probably 1/4" or 3/8". Then prime it and paint it the same as the wood parts you've already done. Tile paint is a horrible product that does not give the look most people desire. It doesn't wear well or last (especially with the use as a dining table). If you use a painter's 5-in-1 tool to get into a grout joint between the tiles to pry one up(start in the middle so as not to damage the wood at the perimeter), you will find the other tiles come up easily once you get the 1st one up. Use the 5-in-1 to remove the tile adhesive (dampen it with a sponge will make it easier to remove). Use Elmer's carpenter's wood glue when installing the new plywood and fasten with 3/4" to 1" brads. Make sure to set the nails and putty the holes and sand them smooth.

You can use any primer on them so long as you etch the tile surfaces with muriatic acid. Apply the acid with gloves and a sponge in a well vented area to etch . Then wipe down with clean water and kitchen detergent. Then prime and paint as you would any surface.

Mask the area and use a car spray paint. Have you ever tried to clean graffitti from tiles etc. It will stick like sh!t to a shovel.
Many silvers and metalic spray paints available from DIY stores.
Edit: Remember to clean them well first.

You can use ordinary house hold gloss paint, on top of an undercoat, but in my opinion it looks, yuck. How about stencils, and emulsion paints?. or enamels.
