Use disk spanning in Winzip. If your folder is large (e.g. 100MB), it will split your folder into several zip files with a specified size for each zip file. Alternatively, you can use ACDSee software to reduce the quality of your photos and the sizes.

If you have a broadband connection, why not try www.sendspace.com or www.mediafire.com which allows you to send very big files to others, if you are not willing to sacrifice your photos quality.

Open them and send them to a Zip File. That will do it for you.
