Well... here is little more to it...

1. CLean the chicken, apply turmeric.

Mix turmeric, red chilli powder, masala powder, a little curd.

2. Paste the chicken pieces with the above mixture. Leave the pieced for 30-60 mins

3. Take 15-20 green chillies and cut them vertically. Squeeze limes and prepare fresh lime juice and add a pinch of salt. Let the green chillies soak in lime juice for 30 mins

4. In a pan of olive/groundnut oil fry the above chillies until they turn brown.

5. Take the chicken pieces and fry them in the pan. Stir them well.

6. Add red chilli powder, bit more of turmeric and garam masala.

7. Finally add parseley (plenty of it), stir it few more times.

You will have a mouth watering and tingy chicken ready.
