It seems like people who have cancer, or illnesses of that nature, don't truly feel any terrible pain until after the doctor tells them what is wrong? I know I could be wrong on the part of no real pain, but it just seems like the worst only comes after the diagnoses.

well...there is the emotional pain which only comes after the diagnosis and the physical pain which usually starts after treatment begins....

You obvioulsy have not had a lot of experience of people with cancer. The pain tends to be bad near the end of their lives, by which time many have had the diagnosis for a long time. Its rare for people to go undiagnosed that close to the end;

you are right in one way but wrong in others it really depends on where the cancer is my husband has oral cancer and was on morphine mepergans pericate before we found out it was cancer it had done eat the lower jaw bone into
