vandalise his mother in law's car up until one day when he is diagnosed with cancer, and before he dies, he accept a baptism and serrender himself to the the God. So, in theory, heaven is awaiting....right? At times, i can't help but think Christianity has this loop hole for some axx hole to capitalise on God's generosity to buy a quick ticket to heaven. Anyone knows more on this?

The funny thing is, according to my faith in God by Jesus Christ... the man who did all those terrible things you mentioned is no worse than me or you. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

God does not see sin with degrees the way we see it. He sees sin, period. My sin may be gossip. Yours may be lust. His may be covetousness. Hers may be dishonoring her parents. One's may be murder. Another's may be "all the above."

The straight truth is: sin removes us from God's presence, period. And we can't keep ourselves from it. So we keep endangering our own relationship with God by sinning.

Until Jesus comes into the picture. When we meet Jesus, if we believe in Him as God's only begotten Son who died and rose again from the dead in order to gain victory over death for us... He covers our sins, secures our souls for eternity, makes a home for us in heaven, and reconnects our direct line to God the Father which previously was broken by sin. Jesus paid the price for all sin, took on His shoulders the sins of the entire world and was punished for them, even though He was blameless and should have deserved no punishment.

Once we have believed in Jesus, that He could do for us, what we could not do for ourselves... and we have chosen to turn from our sin and follow Him... we have a place in heaven, period. Quick ticket or not.

There is a story that Jesus told about just such a man as you mentioned above, called the prodigal son. Here is a link to it. It is a beautiful story which parallels God's love for us:
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke%2015:11-32&version=31

There is also a story about some workers who were hired throughout the course of a day...
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?book_id=47&chapter=20&version=31&context=chapter
...in this story, I view the landowner as being like God/Jesus... the workers who were hired at first are perhaps Christians who have been "working" actively for the Lord all their lives, maybe... the workers in the parable who were hired at the eleventh hour (eleven hours later in the day than the first workers!) are those folks who are repenting on their deathbeds after a long life of breaking all the rules...

The kicker is this... look at what the landowner says at the very end of the story... "Don't I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?"

God is far more generous than we human beings ever could be. ALL He wants is for each person to turn to Him. Turn to Him at any time. He simply wants our return; as He said to Israel many times throughout the Old Testament: "Return to me!"

Part of why Jesus found fault with the Pharisees, was that they were just as bad sinners as anyone else on earth, yet they tried to appear righteous and act as though they were the main ones who deserved to go to heaven. Jesus knew that they were just as sinful as any murderer, rapist, adulterer, thief, fornicator, or otherwise-sinful human being. But they tried to act as if they were better than these horribly sinful folks.

Not true, said the Lord. Jesus called the righteous folks "whited sepulchres" (pretty-painted graves, I believe). Righteous on the outside, but just as full of sin as anyone else. Jesus wanted humility. He came and preached forgiveness of sin, and encouraged people to forgive one another, as He forgave. And He forgave even the men who betrayed Him and nailed Him to the cross.

Where am I going with this? I am going here: it took me 14 years to forgive the man who murdered my Dad when I was 10. And guess what finally allowed me to do it? Jesus's work on the inside of me. I could never have forgiven that man without the Lord's help. And what the Lord did to help me, was show me that I was no better than that murderer, even though I had never "killed" anyone. But my sin was just as horrible to God, as the murderer's. And my sin in attempting to condemn the murderer, would have been GREATER than the murderer's original sin. Because I know Jesus and His great grace, love, mercy, and forgiveness. The murderer did not. And if I had attempted to stand in the way of seeing that murderer forgiven, I would have been eternally wrong.

I know the murderer did not receive Christ during the main course of his life. But my great hope is a prayer for that murderer which says, Lord, I hope before the man dies, that you reveal yourself to him, even if it is on his deathbed, save him. I want him at my table in heaven. I want him for my brother, and my father's brother, in your kingdom. I want his heart changed, because the only difference between me and him is that Jesus is in my heart. I still make enough mistakes even so. But come to be part of that man too, to change him from the inside out, like you did me.

I would challenge anyone out there to "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." Meaning: take it seriously. Seek God. Find Jesus. Don't wait until your deathbed. Some people don't sit on a deathbed for 3 months, some die instantly, like my Dad did... and never saw it coming... work out your salvation while the time is TODAY.

But know that if you ARE on your deathbed... it is not too late, as long as you have breath left in your body. Be sorry for the wrongs you have done. Believe in Jesus and commit your life to Him. Love God with all you've got. And love other people, no matter who they are or what they've done wrong to you, because God loved you even when you were unlovable by His standards; that is, before you believed in Jesus and were saved by His blood. (He loved me like that too, praise God!) :)

That is the best answer I have. I hope it helps somehow.

Well Having done so much and confessing I'd say he wouldnt stand a chance of straight goign to heaven instead he will spend ALOT of time in the (I dont know what its called in english) where you are punished for all vein sins etc before you go to heaven only a Non sinner will go straight to heaven whihc is no one but ive heard that Pope John Paul II went straight to heaven and he must ahve been a good man to do so I seriously think how could he cope without sinning on some of the situations hes dealt with,But this guy that you are talking about would spend a while being cleansed but then would go to heaven.
I wouldnt call it a loop hole god will forgive everyone as he loves all of his mankind always even as a sinner if you aknowladge youve done it confess it pray for forgivness you will live a happy afterlife.
I hope this guy isnt you?

Well in my opinion you have to take everything seriously so just go along with your normal life and if you notice anything strange like if the cat comes to you maybe you could ask if you could come over tea and just talk about animals and drift into talking about the cat like ask how it is. If you do see the cat check for marks and stuff. I think it sounds like tortue because a 15yr old would be more responsible. If the cat looked terrified there probally was a chance the cat has been abused. If the girl cuddled the cat afterwards there is a possibility that the girl saw you. If you do find marks and yeah make an anonymous call to the animal management centre or RSPCA P.S for those who think this person is a peeping tom and whatever thet said they were at their window which could of meant they were doing the dishes or were just walking past or were just watching the cars go past so dont jump to conclusions - I would like to clear that up for SOME people I hope it turns out to be a misunderstanding for the animals sake goodluck :D

Think about the thief on the cross. One beside Jesus rejected Him. The other accepted. Yes the shed blood of Jesus is so Godly that it can cleanse a man of those things. I'm not sure about rewards for him. It's not a loop hole. It's the shed blood of God in Jesus that saves a man's soul. If you know somebody like that who has hurt you. Now they are saved and your bitter...watch out. Forgive them because the devil don't play fair. Don't let unforgiveness stand between you and God. That don't mean you can't use the system. That don't mean he does not have to answer for any laws broken to your regard. Just get your heart right with God in your own private time, and hire a lawyer. Tune into ministry and learn the love walk for your own self. Forgiveness is for you to do for your godly benefits.

1. What we deem fair and reasonable may not always agree with what the creator of the universe deems fair and reasonable. I read "The Book" and there are quite a few instances of events that seem to me rather harsh, unfair, or cruel. I also keep in mind that I am not the one to judge God's decisions......God is God and I am not.

2. What the person did during his time of rebelliousness is undeniably horrible and deserving of consequences. Now, one consequence may be that this person lived his life with no abundance, no peace, no understanding, did not uncover the blessings that could have been his during his time here. This person will realize after he goes to heaven that his time here will correspond with what responsibilities and blessings that he has there. There is a verse that reminds people to build up the treasures in heaven- where they can not be destroyed.
3. Also, all have come short of the glory of God.....all...... We all deserve eternal death.....grace was given to each of us..
4. I have known several people that chose to continue their unbelief through to death. Not all people choose to leap through the "loop hole". I like to think that Jesus came for the ones who know they need Him. God knows that man's heart and will make the final judgment.....We can do nothing but praise God for His grace.

I used to think that this was possible. After all "with God all things are possible" but I think it is very much the exception than the rule. Very very few of the kinds of people that you describe will ever repent to God on their deathbeds and accept Jesus as their Saviour. It is possible but unlikely. To go through life continually rejecting Christ's offer of salvation makes one very hardened to God and the gospel. And it may well result in one's life having the appearance of being godless and evil. Such individuals can repent but if they do it is only by the grace of God. So, do not plan to go through life rejecting the Lord Christ and then plan on making a decision for him as you are dying. It doesn't work that way. Most likely if you try this you will end up in hell. And that is the truth!

I was always wondering about that very thing myself. I talked to my Priest about it and his answer was (I'm not quoting just saying what I believe he said. ha) Only God knows what is really in a person's heart. If the person that did all those evil things sincerely, and honestly had come to accept God and had admitted his sins and were truly sorry for them then, yes he would be given salvation; but if his mouth is talking but his heart isn't in it then, no God would know and would not accept him into the Heaven.

Hope you find some kind of light in the words my Priest shared with me.

In the words of Yahoshua and his disciples,

God is not mocked, the man will sow what he has reaped. X-tains have a twisted understanding of the scriptures they claim to believe in.

Anyone who thinks that they can do all the evil they want and then get salvation on their death bed believes God is unjust and a fool. Is Yahweh a mere thing one can manipulate? Certainly not, He knows the heart. Regardless of what people say, He knows their doings.

Why do you think Yahoshua said that some people will say Lord look at all we've done in your name and still be cast out as workers of iniquity?

Because in their life, they chose to do evil and sin, rather than good and righteousness.

Consider this:

People are not saved because they are so good.
People are saved because Christ died for them.

However, we are all not equals in Heaven

Some shall receive the crown....of.

Each eternal reward is far beyond what you can think or imagine, and if you lose them, for the sins you just named, you will forever know you canceled it out for yourself.

God is not mocked you will reap what you sew.

We all sin, so thank God even one such as these can be saved. But dont think there is not any consequence for disobedience. The cancer was a punishment in itself.

They are called seven day sinners.

Every Sunday they faithfully turn up at the Catholic church and confess their sins, say a few hail mary's and away they go sinning for another 7 days.

Has to be the best religion in the world!

Where else can you get a deal like that ?

Your question includes the most obvious Answer !!

YES !!!

This is based on the all forgiving nature of God, and the condition is simple "You sing in my praise and I shall redeem your sins"

So enjoy life and God could be praised in end times the only problem being - that works to the advantage of God - is Humans can never be sure of when, where or how of their death !!
