First of all, see a doctor who can test you for thyroid conditions. If something can be done about your weight by taking a pill to alter your thyroid and metabolism, then the doctor can find that out for you. If not, the doctor can prescribe a diet for you that will be healthy as well as put on the pounds you want.
Don't settle for weight gain advice that you hear over the internet, because most of the people here are just going to tell you to eat at McDonalds every day. Yes, that will put on weight, but it will also do a number on your body in other ways.
A few healthy ways to put on weight:
1. Stop Smoking.
2. Use a body building weight gainer shake. You can get MegaMass or something like that at a GNC.
3. Figure out your daily caloric requirement and add 500 to it. If you eat an extra 3500 calories a week, you are supposed to gain 1 pound. Just make sure you get the right nutrition while you're doing this, and don't overdo it on salts and processed carbs.

Congrats on the healthy lifestyle. Be careful doing so much cardio on a low calorie, low fat diet. Some fat isnt bad in regulated amounts. Take in lots of water. Your body will only use what it needs. If you are not working with weights you are not gaining muscle mass. Depending on how long you have been doing this for you will have a larger weigt loss at first which will taper off after awhile. Replace a couple of cardio days with free weights or machines and you will see a whole new plateau with your health.

Keep in mind your health overall. While incredible fatty foods like burgers and shakes will add fat, they also can increase the potential for many worse problems than being thin. If you're going to try eating more fats, at the very least, do it with foods you can actually find in nature, like avaocados, nuts and meat. Also, lifting weights can increase weight just by the fact that muscle weighs more than fat.

You will have to chalk out a diet plan for yourself so you can put on weight in just 1 week.
Breakfast: Banana Shake 1 glass
2 parontha or two sandwiches with butter/cheese/egg
Lunch : Fried rice with dall and vegetables or nonveg.
Dinner : Rice with non-veg
Inbetween these meals try to take an icecream, cream biscuits, pastries, wafers, chocolatges.

You tell me how to loose the weight.
Its very easy to gain weight then loosing it.
Simple eat and watch TV and sleep for 30 days.
Pleanty of snacks , coke and icecreams if you can.
you should do this without doing any work.
