What will I say to the returning troops when they lose the Iraq war?

You will continue to spout off all of your anti-American, anti-Military propaganda, like the Tokyo Rose wannabe that you are, no matter what time or day it is. But you little skewed question is completely false, with stating that the US will lose the 'war' in Iraq

The troops will not loose the war,our own government will loose it by not letting the commanders in the field to conduct this war,politicians should stay in politics and let the soldiers do what they are trained for. I was there in 1990-1991 and again in 2003-2004.

You can tell them an imaginary happy ending story.You can tell them that they could never lose the war,since the prime objective of the war ,as presented in the UN live , was to find imaginary WMD.So you can tell them that they can as well imagine to have achived their prime objective and won the war.
You can tell them that their re-invented objective was to dethrone and kill Saddam in a barbaric manner so that the Iraqi people could live peacefully ever after and they have achived this also.
But there is a slight problem in the story now that the Iraqi people are not living peacfully and happily and fighting and killing themselves as never before.But you can still explain this by using the bushing -technique.You can yet again re-invent the war objective and you can still blame it on Saddam for it was his inferior country and his inferior people and he never allowed them freedom and resources to fight amongst themeselves.
You can even ask them to stay there for eternity ,send some more troops ,so that not a single Iraqi survived and complete peace prevails.
Moral of the story is,you can tell them in the end ,that they were never fighting a war.In fact they had invaded a hapless country ruled by a ruthless dictator on a false pretext and God was punishing them for triggering killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent and not-so-innocent people.And then the troops will be able to live in peace ever after.
Then you can pride youself on having such a brave army of a great democratic nation , ruled by the most democratic ruler, who creates killing fields to give peace a chance,creates fertile ground for breeding terrorists to eliminate terrorism so entire humanity could live in peace and tranquility.You must not think about the innocent lives that are being lost in "their battle ground "every day.For , you can assure them,they are only a cause for this and not responsible for the effect.
And then you will not worry about the percepted emberrassment for your brave troops.

We are proud of you for doing your very dangerous job. Thank you. You won the war three years ago. We did not train you to do police work in a civil war or to be targets in the civil war. You held up your responsibility's, your commander in chief did not. So please don't feel like you lost because you should have never been there in the first place. Again, thank you.
