Well that would be your second cousin,which would make it legal in all 50 states so I guess you're safe there. Of course the US is one of only very few countries that has any restrictions about marrying cousins at all. Before you go listening to all the idiots on here talking about genetic defects etc you might want to do your own research. Recent studies,using the genetic information from the rest of the planet where it's legal to marry a cousin show no greater incidence of birth defects in cousin marriages than in the general population.

The Bible doesn't say incest is wrong. In fact, we all started out by having incestuous relationships. Nowadays, it is irrational to do it and highly unrecommended. There are health risks and moral issues as the gene-pool is no longer pure.
