Indians have a very ancient tradition of living a life in accordance with the nature and from time immemorial there has been effort to know the real meaning of human life and its purpose. So the search for truth is an experience as well as a realisation which applies to the rich and poor alike. Hedonistic life of the West has been discarded long back after its famous votaries like Charbak in India did not have any following. So, it is the ancient continuous culture and the essence of Hindu religion to search for Truth and realise the Truth in one's own living experience that makes every Indian religious as compared to others in the world.

For Indians religion is a way of life and not a thing superimposed on them. Indians worship all 5 elements, earth, water, fire, air, sky. We worship animals, trees, mountains, oceans and what not. For us whole creation is nothing but God. We provide shelter to all religions and respect every feeling more democratic in respecting human values. Since there is no word to bring all these features under one roof probably religious was used .

People of India are religious because that country is divinely favored with rare and great Educators such as Khrisna, Buddha and other religious founders. Israel is also favored with Abraham, Moses and Christ; Iran with Zoroaster, the Bab and Baha'u'llah.

I think that they are more religious because they lived in nature and they felt God .They gave Him to children. Even if they don't know the way the God is .I mean the Bible .But they feel God .Here inside cities people are noisy and we hardly feel God .We feel furious , cars over cars rushing in your feet ...we cannot feel the peace of God...
