The psalmist does a much better job than I ever could, as in psalm 119:

A Blessed are you, O LORD; teach me your laws. (verse 12)
C Lead me from the way of deceit; favor me with your teaching. (verse 29)
T Happy those whose way is blameless, who walk by the teaching of the LORD. (verse 1)
S Teach me wisdom and knowledge, for in your commands I trust. (verse 66)

With love in Christ

How about
1. Confession- thereby maximizing fellowship and dealing with sin in the life.
2. Thanksgiving-acknowledging God for what He freely gives us.
3. Intercession- praying for the needs of others.
4. Petition- what you ask for yourself.

My recipe for prayer, I like yours, and how it spells acts. just thought I would share mine.
