$2.76 -- and as to mr.Smith's answer, is not the United Arab Emirants considered a developed country? How about Israel? or Oman? Saudi Arabia? I guess Italians are 'stupider' than Americans if they'd pay $11 for a gallon of gas. What is there like 100 gallons of gas in a barrel, barrels are like $90 right now or somewhere near there. And I'm tired of hearing that Americans are wasteful based solely on our use of gas. Have you ever thought that our country is bigger and more spread out than your countries? We can't ride our bicycles to work. But maybe that is why everyone has a certain distaste for the US. I guess it's because you all have to live within 5 feet of each other and always be in peoples business. Maybe your just Jealous? I'm done rambling now.

Hold onto your hat: About $6.00 per gallon! I'm in Germany and there is an up-side and a downside to being here...you can drive as fast as you like on the open Autobahn, the roads are the best I've ever seen and there are few cops; but, gas prices are phenomenal and your car has to pass an inspection most American cars over 2 years old would fail!

Here in Colorado it is 2.17. And the rumor is that it wont be going down anytime soon . It has been announced that since all the snow storms in December and January caused the gas co to lose money they will stay above 2.00. So they can make up their loss???

Here in the western panhandle of Florida it's been between $2.13 and $2.18 for regular gas for the past 10 days....it can change in a New York second.....so I don't let it go below 1/2 tank.

I live in Italy. If you live in the US (as your question seems to imply by using the word 'gas') then an American gallon costs almost $11 here. Yes, $ ELEVEN.
America still has the cheapest fuel anywhere in the developed world.
