We have a georgeous pug male that we have not breed from in a few years and would like just one more litter from him. He is rising 7 years is this too old is he still capable of getting the job done?

As long as a dog is fit and healthy, he can sire a litter at any age from about 5 months onwards.

As long as he is healthy he is not too old.

i think that when his balls get all shrively then he's too old, or if his arthritis is so bad that he cannot mount properly. But other than that, i think you can breed them for a while.
