Use SELSON shampoo. Clean hair with normal shampoo first. Wash thoroughly. Apply SELSON shampoo, rinse it well, leave it for 5 minutes. Wash thoroughly.

Do this twice a week. There would not be any dandruff after 10 to 15 days. You may require to use some conditioner after SELSON as otherwise the hair would be too dry.

Just visit the Medical store and get the Anti dandruf solution -NIZRAL (Medicine) Marketed by Johnsons and Johnsons.
Use this anti dandruff solution for a week and then once a week,

U will get rid of the Dandruff.
Don't use the Shampoos which claim to be anti dandruff.
Use the Medicine.

Regarding Using Oil use the almond Oil
The best is Hamdard's Rogan Badam and U will get rid of all other complains too.

Wash hair daily (head and shoulders)

Use Scalpicin (maximum strength only - the kind with 1% hydrocortisone in the blue box) twice a day - after drying hair in morning, and before bedtime. Its expensive but a bottle will last you about a month and during the winter it will keep the dry air from causing your scalp to flake and/or itch. You can find it in any discount drug store in the shampoo aisle.

The above regimen will stop all flaking and itching.

a mild shampoo but before washing u should do-----
1)apply the mixture if sugar & lemon
2) apply curd
3)apply curd with honey
4)apply the mixture of white vinegar & water
this r different methods to prevent it but choose only 1 & regular do for 10 to15 times. apply this & leave min for 15 minutes.if u want to use anti dandruff then use only 1 not every time different.....

head and shoulders isn't very friendly to your scalp. it does eliminate dandruff but if you stop using it it'll come back ten times worse.
for me personally i wash my hair with mixing one quarter of vinegar to 3 quarters of water once a week. then i use regular shampoo after that to eliminate the vinegar's smell. and you can see the results right away.
also keep your face always moisturized because flaky skin van get into your hair and look like dandruff.

Selsum Blue did not work for me.
Head and Shoulders worked really well but I stopped using the product because I realized it was distributed by Proctor and Gamble who test on animals.
Now I use T Gel by Neutrogena which is not as good. but it's better than Selsum Blue.
