I have invested times and money to create specific website for that purpose ==> http://www.circliprm.com and still updating daily where I need some fund for my works to move to next height and support fellow netpreneurs with their difficulties.
I believe to achieve my goals through others i.e by solving their problems will solve mine too, so that keeping the win win situation alive always.

If the adverts are not against God that blesses us , of course it is very ethical .So search for moral adverts ....and become rich...I don't mind .In fact , the adverts could be something very lovely , functioning like a gift...We don't pay for them , why wouldn't click...it is not that heavy...

As long as you do not spam there is no harm in ads. Give folks freedom of choice to consider your ad or not consider it and then leave them alone. Spam is ruining the internet and actually giving control over to big corporations who spam you 30 min. per hour on T.V.. Soon the internet will be the same where you pay $$$$ per month to be spamed 45 min. per hour.
