I'm going to a wedding on the 14th of Feb and I would really like to lose some weight.
I am willing to go on a crash diet as long as it does not include going on diet pills as I think they are a waste of money.
Please Help me!
Any suggestions / diets would be really good!!!!

you can lose up to 3kgs safely per week with exercise and replacing 2 meals with shakes
see the Dr Tony Ferguson website where he has an eating plan
if you cant get the shakes, use alternate shakes but follow the program
i'm trying to lose a little weight to attend a christening and have already lost 2kgs in one week (with walking for 40-60mins a day as exercise) and im thrilled.
give it a try, read the Forum and see people who have achieved great results
Good luck =)

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

dropping that quantity of weight in this form of couple of minutes isn't risk-free, and should no longer be tried. Any weight-loss of greater advantageous than 3-4 kg in a week is risky, and may be prevented. in basic terms eat much less, pass greater, and be satisfied with despite you do lose. - LJS
