I'm not familiar with this particular one. But anytime a "solution" is used I would say no, it's not ok to swallow. We always advise patients to not over fill the trays. You don't want to taste it, and you don't want to waste it. A little limerick I use to help reinforce advice given to patients. Good luck!

while not advised,, the FDA would not allow it not to be swallowed. it is best not to but 'SPIT " happens
