Water is the number 1 for good skin. Followed by antioxidants which are found in fruit, vegeables and salads. Even if you have oily skin it is recommended to consume natural oils from nuts, avocados and olive oil for moisture and texture!

Aloe Vera.

I think this is the best fruit ever 'cause it's REALLY good for your skin.
You can eat it if you want but what I usually do is I cut it into a few sections and spread the gel all over my face. Let it dry for about 30 min then go to sleep. Next morning, smooth and even skin tone. (:

Are you using anything new on your skin? Maintaining a healthy diet is the best thing for your skin if you do that and drink plenty of water (which isn't always the easiest thing to do) is going to show results very quickly. Any foods with lots of anti-oxidants are great for you skin, they eliminate any impurities or unnatural substances you body my be carrying.
