I want to be wrapped in a clean with cloth(no coffin), full of perfume, and within 24 hours, my body will be placed in a gravestone.
I believe that the body is sacred and no 'alterations' of any kind should be made.

Will the priest bless me?

I am not sure about the blessing of the priest but your notion is very sensible. In some countries people are buried in that fashion and three years later their bones are exhumed and placed in a mausoleum, It is ecologically correct as well.

I don't see why the priest wouldn't bless you. Your main problem would be the legalities (if for example there's an autopsy, or if the health department demands certain types of coffins or embalming) and red tape of getting the body released to a cemetery director and getting the gravestone ready in that short amount of time.
