The Bible clearly tells us that his name is Jehovah, and that was Abrahams; Issac's and Josephs God. I agree that Jesus is Gods SON, not another part of the triune. The Bible doesn't even mention a triune God, so yes it was started by sinful man, that didn't want us to know who Jehovah really is. But when you say the LORDS prayer, it says to "sanctify his name," and how can you sanctify his name, if you don't use it?

As long as you pray to God through his son Jesus Christ, it doesn't matter what his name is.

There are to many religions that have their own name for God. There are many different ways of spelling his name.

In the Bible it starts by saying "In the beginning God created..."

Sorry, you're wrong, Jesus isn't God's son, he was a great messenger, we have to pray directly to God not through Jesus.

The Tetragrammaton (Greek: τετραγράμματον; "word with four letters") is the usual reference to the Hebrew name for God, which is spelled (in the Hebrew alphabet): י‎ (yodh) ה‎ (heh) ו‎ (vav) ה‎ (heh) or יהוה‎ (reading right to left = YHVH, or with the Biblical Hebrew pronunciation, YHWH). It is the distinctive personal name of the God of Israel.

Of course, since God does not exist I reckon he doesn't mind what you call him.

Which name are you referringto? There is Yahweh, Lord, "I AM", and Father.

I know that when I speak to God, no matter which name I call him, that he knows I am speakingto him (with reverence of course).
