i like chicken and i have a high cololstrol.is it okey if i have chicken everyday?

Most of chicken fat lies under the skin, if you can remove skin and scrap fat under the skin. Depending on the dish you are making, if you are making soup, keep the prepared soup in the fridge for a hour or so,when the fat becomes solid and floats on the top and the same can be scooped off. By grilling and baking you can reduce the fat to bare minimum.

Just when you cook it, put it in a pan with a little chicken broth, or some water and herbs......

Don't eat the skin, and eat white meat only if possible.

Grill, bake, or pan fry with very little amounts of margarine or olive oil, if you need a little fat.

I think you need to take some attempt to eat veggies as well interchangeably with chicken. You need to make some balance in your food. Make some variation and combination with vegetables.
