21.6. And the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died. 7. Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord, and against thee; pray unto the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people. 8. And the Lord said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. 9. And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived."

Yes, as I have said many times, the Bible contains the history of violence. -- The history of people who committed these acts because they thought God wanted them to do such things or because the leaders said such. The key word here is that the Bible contains a "History" of recording such.

Now, let's turn to the Koran, which was written 2,000 years later; 500 years after Jesus said, "Forgive others for their mistakes. If you do not forgive others, then your father in Heaven will not forgive you."

An illiterate orphan boy married an old woman who was rich. (according to islamic history)

This illiterate man lived in Mecca, an oasis in the Saudi Arabian desert. He couldn't read. So he learned about the Bible from Jewish and Christian Caravans that stopped at the oasis to buy water.

This illiterate man began preaching or re-preaching about God and the Bible. Then he was kicked out of Mecca.

Then he called himself a Prophet of God, a spokesman for God, and told his followers that they would be rewarded in Heaven if they would fight for him to re-take Mecca.

Now comes the difference between the Bible and the Koran.

The Bible contains a "History" of violence.

The Koran contains an "Instruction Book" on how and when to commit violence. When? Yes whenever you see a non-Muslim who will not worship Mohammad, you kill him in the name of Allah. If you die killing non-Muslims you will be rewarded in Heaven.

The Bible violence was over 3500 years ago. It was condemned by the 10 commandments, and it was condemned by Jesus.

The Koran is now. "It is an Instruction book" on how to kill non-Muslims - now - today - anywhere- anyplace.

Why do we call Islam and the Koran a religiously exempt, tax exempt religion. -- Are all criminal organizations to be granted Religious courtesies and exemptions?

So all this is God's fault?..I guess you can take any texts in the bible and make them fit any point you are trying to make..its easier than reading the Bible and learning what all that back then was about.
Perhaps Satan is involved in this? But then it's easier to blame God for everything rather than study and find out about Gods character vs. satans character isn't it.
