Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Well to be honest with you a personal trainer only has two uses one when you have more money than sense(status symbol) or you have no will power to do it yourself theres no magic wand. all you can do is DIY lol I know bet you stopped reading now ya heard it all before and not done it set yourself a date possibly a introduction or guest at a gym and go for it.I dont believe in starving yourself just healthy diet and we all do that nowadays (sick ta death of carrots Urggg)if gym not for you sit ups good fot tum or swimming get a friend to do it with you you can have a laugh as well so not boring good luck

stop eating carbs and junk food of any sort, and do tons of crunches, and save your money on the trainer.

i would not think so.. if you are motivated you can do it yourself. Just watch what you eat and do alot of cardio. If you drink alot of cokes then stop that will help alot
