Unfortunetly there is. You can look up PETA and they will give you great tips on how to get involved in stopping this. Buy products that are cruelty free. You'd be surprised the companies that back animal testing.

Medical research done using animals is not something anyone should be getting all that upset about. Cosmetics testing, though, complain away. Fact is, we need the medicine, and the way most of the world thinks is that if a few rats die to save many human lives later on, there is no real harm done. Cosmetics are unnecessary, the human race could get along without them. Medicine is quite important, and without the animal testing we would not have it.

I don't know the answer to your question, though, but probably. Nowhere is going to straight away test on humans. Don't listen to PETA, unless you're thinking in terms of PeopleEatingTastyAnimals. Mmmmmm, chicken...

Animal testing occurs frequently and is widespread in most industrialized nations. Most universities or colleges have vivariums with animals that undergo various experimentation. Mice and rats are mostly used here in the United States but most animals species (including cats, dogs, pigs etc...) are tested on in one form or another usually for medical or scientific benefit. I haven't heard anything about Australia banning animal testing so I think the same types of tests go on over there as go on in the US.

You consume Meat?... An Yummy hamburger or a scrumptious beef tendor loin?. i'm asking you because of the fact countless human beings communicate purely such as you on an identical time as munching fowl lollipop. in case you do, then first ingredient you are able to desire to do is to alter right into a strict vegitarian. which could make a difference. further: it is not approximately 'torture' or 'soreness'. it incredibly is approximately life one has to think of. life has a much better which skill. to discover it, purely think of of your life. you're doing away with somebody's life to fulfill your choose (starvation subsequently) that could have been easily fulfilled via somethingelse. i do no longer join the stupid argument that it incredibly is okay to consume the animals as lengthy as they do no longer go through with soreness. via announcing so, we are only being hypocractical. what's the version between the 'life' of a man or woman and the 'life' of a fowl?

I hope it does. I totally agree with it.
Personally all the people who don't should not go to the doctors.
The reason they have the medicines they do is because of animal testing.
You people who don't agree with it should find out what drugs have been used by animal testing then agree not to use them. A bit like veggies. When you are ill especially if it's serious I bet my last dollar you would take the drugs. HYPOCRITES! BY THE WAY WHAT KIND OF SHOES ARE YOU WEARING. HOW WAS THAT STEAK LAST NIGHT! HYPOCRITES.
