Giving more space is giving more freedom to your partner. Not asking too many questions like where have you been, to whom were you talking on the phone, why so many contacts on your messenger etc. Your partner is an individual and it requires that you respect the individuals privacy.
While your partner is with you, enjoy and let the other person enjoy too.

calling a few times a week
*if you call everyday there will be nothing to talk about*
see each other a bit less than before
*it makes you wanna do more romantic things with your partner*
respect each other's lives
*don't get all paranoid because his/her best friend called and it just happens to be a guy/girl*

more time to oneself without feeling guilty about it.

I WOULD DEFINE THIS AS YOUR PARTNER SAYING KICK ROCKS IN A NONCHALANT WAY SO THEY CAN HAVE SEX WITH YOU AND SOMEONE ELSE.i WOULD NOT PUT UP WITH THIS STATEMENT BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU FEEL NEEDY AND IF IT EVER HAPPENED TO ME I WOULD SAY YOU CAN HAVE ALL THE SPACE YOU NEED HONEY ON MYSPACE. CAUSE YOUR WITH ME OR YOUR WITHOUT ME SO WHATS UP ITS HEADS OR TAILS MYSPACE OR YOURPLACE .
