I would take a bottle of water and finish it while you eat you're first piece of pizza. It will fill up your stomach for around 20 minutes. Then if you're still hungry and there is still food left, do the same thing.

Hmm..super bowl sounds fun...make some healthy homemade sandwiches which you can find in subway.

And drink mineral water instead of soft drinks.

Very healthy SNACKS recipes here for you.....

~~~~~~~~~~ Baked Sweet Potato "Fries" ~~~~~~~~~~
Prep: 7 min / Cook: 20 min
Baked "fries" are the way to go when you're cutting back on fat. These baked sweet potato sticks are so flavorful, you'll never know the difference.
1 pound sweet potatoes, peel and cut into 1/2-inch-thick "fries"
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Preheat over to 425 deg F. Lightly coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, oil salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Spread fries in single layer on baking sheet.
3. Bake 10 minutes. Turn fries over. Continue baking until tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes longer.
~~~~~~~~~~ Tomato Biscuits ~~~~~~~~~~
Prep: 12 min / Cook:12 min
Bits of fresh tomato add antioxidant power to these easy drop biscuits. Yogurt puts calcium in every bite.

1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped scallion
1 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomato

1. Preheat oven to 450 deg F. Lightly coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Drain chopped fresh tomato on paper towels.
2. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In small bowl combine yogurt and oil and stir into flour mixture until evenly moistened.
3. Stir fresh tomato, scallion, and sun-dried tomato into flour mixture. Drop dough, 1/4 cup at a time, onto prepared baking sheet, for total of 12 biscuits.
4. Bake until tops are golden brown, about 12 minutes. Serve.

Ideas*
Baking powder, vegetable oil, yogurt are the ingredients that produce a tender, flaky biscuit. For browner tops, brush the biscuits with milk or oil before baking. For more flavor, add a couple of tbsp of finely chopped ham, chives, or mild chile peppers to your biscuit batter.

Have fun to make these, enjoy the game .... _;-)

Good luck!
